Urs Wietlisbach co-founded Partners Group in 1996 and PG Impact Investments in 2015. He is a member of Partners Group Holding AG’s board of directors and chairman of the markets committee, based in Zug. He has 30 years of industry experience and is an active impact investor since 2014. Prior to founding Partners Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse. He holds a Masters of Arts from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Alfred Gantner is the Co-Founder of Partners Group. He is an executive member of Partners Group Holding AG’s Board of Directors, based in Zug, as well as a member of the Board's Investment Oversight Committee and Strategy Committee. Alfred served as Chief Executive Officer of Partners Group from 1996 to 2005 and subsequently as Executive Chairman from 2005 to 2014. He was also Chairman of Partners Group's Global Investment Committee from 2011 until June 2017. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm’s portfolio companies Fermaca, United States Infrastructure Corporation and PCI Pharma Services; a member of the Board of Trustees of PG Impact Investments Foundation; and member of the Board of Directors of PG3 AG, Switzerland, the family office of the founders of Partners Group. Prior to founding Partners Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. He has 28 years of industry experience and holds an MBA from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management in Utah, USA.

In 2006, Peter Wuffli founded elea, a philanthropic impact investment organization with the purpose to fight absolute poverty with entrepreneurial means. In addition, he is Honorary Chairman of IMD (a global top ranked business school in Lausanne, Switzerland). He also serves on the boards of Sygnum Bank, Zürich, as well as the Zurich Opera company. Previously, Peter Wuffli was the CEO of UBS Group, the Chairman of Partners Group, and the Chairman of IMD. Earlier in his career, Peter Wuffli was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. Peter Wuffli studied economics at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, where he also gained his PhD. He regularly publishes articles and books on themes of globalization, ethics, impact investing and leadership (most recently: Inclusive Leadership – A Framework for the Global Era, Springer 2016).

Sara Scaramella is responsible for Primary Investments at PG Impact Investments. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments in 2016 she worked in the Private Equity Primaries Investment team of Partners Group and in the Strategic Projects team of the UBS Chief Investment Office. She holds a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Milan.

Amy Wang joined PG Impact Investments in 2016 and has 13 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments she worked as an Assistant Vice President for Deutsche Bank's Global Social Finance group where she led the group's clean energy and South/Southeast Asian financial services social enterprise investing activities. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Amy worked as an Investment Associate at Grassroots Business Fund and Centinela Capital Partners and an Analyst at Citigroup Corporate Investment Bank. Amy has worked across Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Affairs from the Lauder Institute from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Athos Staub joined PG Impact Investments in 2019 and has over 30years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments he worked at McKinsey & Company, Swisscard, Aduno Group, Sanacare and as an independent consultant. He holds a Master Degree in Management from the University of St. Gallen and has held C-level positions in the Consumer Finance and Healthcare industries.

David joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments he was Head of Business Development and a Member of the Executive Management at BlueOrchard, a leading microfinance manager. Prior to that, David worked for several large asset managers including BlueBay, Lyxor and Barclays Capital as Head of Sales Switzerland. From 2002 - 2011, David worked for Zurich based fund of hedge funds and commodity specialist Harcourt where he acted as Managing Partner and Head of Business Development. David has started his career in financial markets at Merrill Lynch in Zurich.
David is both a CFA and CAIA Chartholder, and holds a master's degree in Law from the University of Fribourg (1997), Switzerland.

Urs Baumann is co-founder and CEO of PG Impact Investments. He has been active in impact investing since 2012 and has 27 years of experience as founder, CEO & Non-Executive Director of leading Swiss and international financial institutions in the area of credit and asset management. His areas of expertise include: managing growth, restructurings & turnarounds, M&A, organizational development. Prior work experience includes Bellevue Group, Lindorff Group, Swisscard and McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master of Arts from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland and a MBA from Booth School of Business, Chicago, USA.

Tilmann Trommsdorff is a private investor and entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in finance overall and 20 years in private markets investments in particular. As a co-founder of PG Impact (Verein) in 2006, he is one of the early pioneers in impact investing. Before founding his own management and consulting company in 2012 Tilmann worked for more than twelve years at Partners Group. In his last position he was responsible for the Portfolio & Risk Management Department and a member of Partners Group’s Executive Board. Prior to joining Partners Group he held various management positions at Swiss and international banks. Tilmann hold a MAS in Coaching, Supervision and Change Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a Diploma in Banking from the Swiss Finance Institute, Zurich.

Melissa Cheong is a Managing Partner of Blackhorn Ventures, an investment firm focused on redefining industrial resource efficiency, where she balances her time between managing the firm’s strategic goals, procedures and policies, creating partnerships and working with talented and inspiring company founders, and developing the firm’s investment strategy for current and future funds. Melissa has 19 years of industry experience, with her most recent roles focused on social impact investing. Prior to Blackhorn Ventures Melissa was Chief Investment Officer at Zoma Capital, the private family office of Ben and Lucy Ana Walton, and held various positions at Treehouse Investments, Imprint Capital (now Goldman Sachs-Imprint), Plainfield Asset Management and Deutsche Bank. Melissa holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago, where she was a recipient of the Richter Grant. She received an MBA from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in Finance and International Development.

Joel Liebi is Vice President at Partners Group and a member of the Private Equity Real Estate Investments team in Asia-Pacific and is based in Singapore. He has 10 years of industry experience and 3 years of impact investing experience. He has been with Partners Group since 2011. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Nomura and had assignments at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Alstom and Infineon. He holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Henri Lusa is Senior Vice President at Partners Group and member of the European Private Debt business unit, based in Zug. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UniCredit Leveraged Finance and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland and a Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi, Italy. He is also a chartered alternative investment analyst.

Baylor Daggmill is Co-Head of the Integrated Private Real Estate business unit, based in Denver, and a member of the Private Real Estate Investment Committee. She sits on the boards of 12 Advisory Boards on behalf of Partners Group. She has been with Partners Group since 2009 and has 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at the Carlyle Group in the real estate team focused on risk and portfolio management and at Cambridge Associates focused on private markets investments. She holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and psychology from the University of Richmond, Virginia, USA. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Clara Sanchez joined PG Impact Investments in 2019 and has 9 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, she worked on the Sustainable Investments team at Deutsche Asset Management, where she was primarily responsible for managing private debt transactions in Latin America. She has deal experience across financial services, healthcare, fintech, and education. Previously, she also worked at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and at HSBC’s Private Bank in various investment research and advisory roles. She is a CFA charterholder and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from the London School of Economics.

Alex Roe joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has 11 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, he worked as a Senior Investment Officer at BlueOrchard, where he led private debt investments in financial institutions that supported underserved populations across South and South East Asia. Previously, he also worked in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in the Fixed Income Private Banking team as an Emerging Markets trader at Credit Suisse. Alex is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University.

Shanaz Rauff joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, she was at EpiCure, a chronic disease startup, and worked in private equity at LCP Partners in Singapore, RHJ International in London, Ripplewood and McKinsey and Company in New York. She holds a BSc in Finance/Management from Wharton and a BAS in Biomedical Science from the University of Pennsylvania and was a Fellow at Stanford University.

Rohan Ghose joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, he was a Director at Palladium Impact Capital, an impact investment bank. Previously, he was at LetterOne Technology (growth equity and VC investing), KPMG (deal advisory) and Analysys Mason (strategy consulting). He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and completed the Social Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Imar joined PG Impact Investments in 2021 and has 13 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, he worked as a Senior Investment Officer at BlueOrchard Finance, providing private debt to microfinance institutions and fintech platforms in South and South East Asia. Previously he has also worked at Silicon Valley Bank, Puma Private Equity, Bank of London and the Middle East and KPMG. He is an ACA chartered accountant and holds a BSc in Chemistry with Management from the University of Warwick.

Charles Feutray joined PG Impact Investments in 2019. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Associate at the Global Development Incubator (GDI) in New York, where he supported the creation and scale-up of social enterprises and non-profits in emerging countries. Prior to GDI, he was a Senior M&A Analyst at Solocal in Paris, where he conducted direct equity investments in digital companies. Charles has worked across Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe, in sectors that include healthcare, clean cooking and anti-modern slavery. A French-American national, he holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal.

Sohna Jawara re-joined PG Impact Investments in February 2019, after spending eleven months with the team in 2017 as PG Impact Investments' first Investment Fellow. In the interim, she spent 2018 in Dakar, Senegal, where she worked with Francophone Africa impact fund, Investisseurs et Partenaires. Prior to her Fellowship, Sohna worked as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets team at Deutsche Bank in London, executing public and private debt transactions for UK multi-nationals, before serving as a volunteer for a healthcare NGO In Dakar, Senegal. Sohna holds an MA (Oxon) In Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and is a dual Gambian / British national.

Nadya Menshikova joined PG Impact Investments in 2018. Previously, she was an Associate in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs in London, where she worked across M&A and capital markets transactions in the EMEA financial institutions space. Prior to that, she did several internships in impact investing and asset management in South-East Asia. Nadya has experience with the non-profit sector having volunteered with NGOs in Vietnam and Thailand and worked as an external consultant for ActionAid International. Nadya holds an MSc in Development Management and Anthropology and a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics.

Espen Haugen joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has over 6 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, Espen spent 2 years as an Associate with Partners Group working across their Real Estate and Private Equity teams.
He also spent 4 years working on M&A transactions for commercial real estate covering the Nordics for a boutique advisory firm.
He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Fernando Silva joined PG Impact Investments in 2020 and has over 7 years of industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments, Fernando worked in the impacting investing sector at MCE Social Capital in San Francisco and GSCM in London. He also spent over 5 years at HSBC's Latin America Investment Banking team, where he advised on M&A and equity capital markets transactions throughout the region. Fernando also has experience with the non-profit sector, having founded two NGO's and volunteered at a coffee and honey cooperative in Southeast Mexico. Originally from Mexico City, he holds an MSc in Public Policy from King's College London and a BA in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Minghao Li joined PG Impact Investment in 2020. Previously, he worked as an associate across industrial value creation and private debt Asia teams in Partners Group. Prior to that, he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in consumer product strategy in Greater China region. Minghao holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor's degrees in Business Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Julia joined PG Impact Investments in May 2020 and has 10 years of impact industry experience. Prior to joining PG Impact Investments she held various positions at responsAbility Investments AG, a leading asset manager in the field of development investments, offering investment solutions to private and institutional clients. Her roles included Co-Heading Sales for Distribution Partners in Switzerland and Heading Sales Germany for Banks & Institutional clients. From 2007-2010 Julia worked for Partners Group AG.

Robert joined PG Impact Investments in September 2020, after finishing his Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich. During his studies, Robert strongly focused on Impact Investing, obtained a Microfinance Expert Certificate from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and volunteered for an NGO in Mauritius. His prior work experience includes various positions in Associations and a specialised Executive Search Boutique.

Caroline joined PG Impact Investments in October 2020, after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of St. Gallen. During her studies, Caroline has been strongly involved in various student organizations. Her position as Head of Finance in the Social Business Club of the University of St. Gallen allowed her to understand impact investing and social businesses extensively. Besides, she volunteered for Snordtmade, a German startup specialized in sustainable fashion. Passionated by economic development, she strives to have a positive impact through her professional and personal activities.

Samuel Hopkins joined PG Impact Investments in 2020, prior to which he worked as an Associate in the Agriculture Equity team at responsAbility Investments AG. In this role, he supported deal sourcing and execution in LatAm and Asia, as well as fund development and set-up. Previously, he also worked at BlackRock supporting the development and reporting of risk and performance attribution analytics. Samuel has a Masters in Economics and Business from Sciences Po, Paris and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Andreas Kirchschläger is CEO of the elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization. He serves as president of the board of trustees of the Max Schmidheiny Foundation and as a member of the board of directors of GCA Altium AG. Prior to joining elea, he was Managing Director and President of the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, where he studied law and economics.

John Hallam, aged 67 and resident in Guernsey, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and qualified as an accountant in 1971. He is a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers having retired in 1999 after 27 years with the firm both in Guernsey and in other countries. He is the Chairman of NB Distressed Debt Investments Ltd as well as being a director of a number of financial services companies, some of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. He served for many years as a member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission from which he retired in 2006 having been its Chairman for the previous three years.

Mr Dorey has 35 years of experience in financial markets. Mr Dorey was at CSFB for 17 years from 1988 to 2005 where he specialised in credit related products in the areas of debt distribution, origination and trading, covering all types of debt from investment grade to high yield and distressed debt. . He held a number of positions at CSFB, including establishing CSFB's high yield debt distribution business in Europe, fixed income credit product coordinator for European offices and head of UK Credit and Rates Sales. Since 2005 he has been acting in a Non-Executive Directorship capacity for a number of Hedge Funds, Private Equity & Infrastructure Funds, for both listed and unlisted vehicles. He is former President of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Justin Sykes is Founder and Managing Director of Innovest Advisory. Justin Sykes has over 15 years’ experience in the structuring, financing and implementation of innovative and large-scale impact investments for private wealth clients which have positively impacted thousands of lives. He serves as a board member and adviser to a number of impact focused endeavors including social businesses, charities and local grassroots financial institutions engaged in supporting the livelihoods of low income communities around the world.

Robert Brimeyer has more than 15 years of experience in alternative assets fund administration and has been working in financial services for more than 20 years.
At Alter Domus Robert has had different roles over the past 10 years, including Global Head of Fund Services and Group Chief Operating Officer. As Director for Strategic Projects, reporting into the Group CEO, his main focus now is delivering innovation and build delivery infrastructure of the future. He is also instrumental in onboarding strategic clients globally. Robert is acting as board member on a number of Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt funds. He holds a Master in IT and Economics of University of Nancy, France and an MBA (EuroMBA) delivered jointly by 6 leading European universities.

Claude Noesen has more than 30 years' experience in the financial markets and services industry. A former Head of Treasury and Trading Europe at The Bank of Bermuda, prior to becoming a Certified Independent Director, he was responsible for Fund Administration and Custody Sales at HSBC Securities Services and became the CEO of ABN AMRO’s (FORTIS) Prime Fund Solutions in Luxembourg. His trading, operational, compliance and risk experience covers all asset classes including Private Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Equity, Bonds, Derivatives and Credit. Additionally, Mr. Claude Noesen is a director for several Luxembourg companies.
